Services
What we work on
Residential heating and cooling across northeast Tarrant County. We diagnose before we quote, the quote is flat-rate and in writing, and work starts only after you say go.
AC & Cooling
When the AC quits in July
A Texas summer finds every weak part in a cooling system, usually on the hottest week of the year. When it happens at your house, you get a tech who diagnoses first and a written flat-rate quote before anyone touches a wrench.
- AC repair — all makes and models
- We work on whatever’s in your yard. If it can be fixed sensibly, we fix it. If it can’t, we say so and show you why.
- Refrigerant leak diagnosis and repair
- Topping off a leaky system every June isn’t a plan. We find the leak, show you where it is, and lay out the options in writing.
- Seasonal AC tune-ups
- A spring tune-up catches the weak capacitor before the first 100-degree week does.
Heating
Short winters, hard cold snaps
North Texas heating seasons are short, but a February cold snap finds every weak furnace in the neighborhood — most of them in attics, most of them ignored since spring. We keep them honest.
- Gas furnace repair
- Igniters, flame sensors, control boards, blower motors — diagnosed in the attic, priced on paper before the repair starts.
- Heat pump repair and service
- Heat pumps run year-round here, so they earn their keep and their wear. We service both sides of the job — heating and cooling.
- Fall heating checkups
- Twenty minutes in October beats a cold house in January.
Indoor Air Quality
Two things that actually help
We keep this category simple, because most houses only need two things done well: ducts that don’t leak and a filter that actually catches something. We don’t sell gadgets.
- Duct inspection, sealing, and repair
- Leaky ducts cool the attic instead of the bedrooms. We inspect, show you photos of what we find, and seal what needs sealing.
- Whole-home filtration upgrades (media filters)
- A proper media filter cabinet holds more dust than a 1-inch filter and needs changing a few times a year instead of monthly.
Maintenance
The Langford Maintenance Plan
Two visits a year: a cooling check in the spring before the heat arrives, and a heating check in the fall before the first cold night. We test what wears out, tighten what loosens, and tell you plainly what we found.
Plan members get priority scheduling — when the July rush hits, plan members go to the front of the line. Plan pricing is flat and in writing, like everything else here. Ask for it when you call.
- Spring cooling visit
- Fall heating visit
- Priority scheduling for members
- Findings explained, in writing
Replacement & Installation
The biggest HVAC decision you’ll make in this house
When a system is at the end of its road, Wes quotes the replacement himself — in person, in writing, with options. No commissioned salesman at your kitchen table, because nobody here earns commission.
- Full system replacement
- Sized to the house, not just matched to whatever was there before.
- Heat pump installation
- A strong fit for a lot of North Texas homes. We’ll tell you if yours is one.
- Furnace replacement
- Attic installs done clean, up to code, and left tidier than we found them.
- Smart thermostat installation
- Installed, wired right, and set up before we leave.
- Free in-home replacement estimates
- Measured at your house, priced on paper, no obligation.
One-year labor warranty on new installations.
What we don’t do
We’re a three-van residential shop, and we stay in our lane. We don’t do commercial work, new construction, boilers, geothermal, refrigeration, or window units. If that’s what you need, we’ll point you toward someone who does it well.
