Wes Langford spent about twenty years in residential HVAC across North Texas — most of it running install crews for a larger outfit — before opening his own shop. He quotes every replacement himself, runs service calls in peak season, and answers for every job that goes out under his name.
Three vans. Two full-time techs. One office manager who keeps the schedule honest. Small on purpose.
